Our Basic Design Consultation includes an initial discussion to understand your needs, along with a custom floor plan, colour scheme, mood board, and a curated shopping list—all tailored to a single room design.
Detailed Design Consultation
Building on the Basic Consultation, our Detailed Design Consultation provides more extensive product recommendations and refined furniture placement options, offering up to three different room design concepts.
Both services can be completed virtually—simply provide room measurements and photos of your space. Prefer an in-person consultation? Visit us at our Cardiff branch, and we'd be happy to meet with you!
Need assistance with room measurements? We offer this service for an additional £150 locally, with higher rates for locations outside the area.
TIMEFRAMES
The design consultation project typically takes between 1 to 3 weeks to complete.
PRICING
The consultation fee will be based on the size and complexity of the room.
Basic consultation starting fee starts at £250.
Detailed consultation fee will start at £500.
Optional house visit (including taking the measurements, photos and videos of the space) starting at additional £150.
DELIVERABLES
Property Staging Service involves preparing a property for rent or sale by enhancing its interior to make it more appealing to potential customers. The goal is to showcase the property’s full potential, making it feel welcoming, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
This service typically includes:
Design and consultation: here we will discuss the customer's vision and needs and prepare space design proposals.
Staging: includes both decluttering and organisation of the existing space, furniture rearrangement and addition of various design elements such as artwork, live plants, throw pillows, mirrors, rugs etc to make the space more inviting.
De-staging: includes the clearing of the property in preparation for the new owners/tenants.
Please note: all design accessories used are only available on a rental basis.
TIMEFRAMES
The staging project can take anywhere between 6 to 10 weeks.
Minimum space dressing accessory rental period is 4 weeks.
PRICING
The staging fee is determined by the size of the property and the duration of the accessory rental period.
For reference, staging for a small property (1–2 bedrooms) starts at £5,500, which includes:

The total price will include the design fee, the contractor fees for labor and the cost of new or refurbished furnishings.
